Insights into welfare legislation
Many HR and welfare staff have specific questions about all the legislation surrounding mental well-being. BloomUp can guide them in this by providing a clear overview. What about the legislation on reintegration? Does a RAPS-i have to be carried out every 5 years? What measures are we required to take in terms of prevention?
Connective communication as a separate module
Nonviolent communication is now incorporated into modules on aggression and communication skills. Request that this be developed as a separate theme, including giving/receiving feedback and delivering difficult messages.
Clear overview of remaining reimbursement budgets
The reimbursement structure (DKV, health insurance fund, personal contribution) is complex. Users lack a clear schematic overview of what they are entitled to and how much budget they have left.
Less text, more visual/interactive content in e-learning courses
The amount of text in modules can sometimes be overwhelming. An audio option is available but does not solve the fundamental problem. Consider more visual or interactive formats.
Opt-in reminders for ongoing processes
Users want to receive opt-in reminders, e.g., "You haven't completed this process yet" or "Ready for the next step?". Currently, there is no follow-up whatsoever.
Validation and follow-up for exercises in e-learning courses
Text boxes in exercises are not checked. You can go through the entire e-learning course without filling in anything. There is no follow-up mechanism.
Replacing MindLab branding with BloomUp
Many visuals in the e-learning courses still say "MindLab" instead of "BloomUp."
Split long e-learning courses into shorter modules
Modules such as "Feeling good about yourself" and "Dealing with stress" are too long. Split them up by topic to make them more manageable.
Replace COVID-19 module with current topic
The module "Dealing with COVID-19" is outdated. Replace it with something more current, e.g., dealing with social uncertainty (geopolitics, climate).
Gender preference in therapist selection
Add the option to indicate a preference for a male or female therapist, in the context of psychological safety.

Remove name and place of residence from feedback form
After completing an e-learning course, an optional feedback form asks for your name and place of residence. It is unclear why this information is requested and what happens to it.
Explanation of health insurance fund representation
Helan and one other health insurance fund are displayed larger than the rest. It is not clear whether this is related to automatic reimbursement. Please clarify this for the user.

1 app for all BloomUp components
Now you have different apps, BloomUp Learn, BloomUp Match, BloomUp Grow, etc. They all have different styles and navigation. Bring this back under one BloomUp web app.
Move privacy consent to the moment of action
Users must agree to privacy/data sharing before they can explore the offer. This raises the threshold. Move this to the moment when someone actually starts a program or contacts a therapist.
Place intro text at the top of the home page
The explanation of what BloomUp is is too far down the page. New users don't see this. It should be at the top as an introduction.
Clear step-by-step plan on the home page
The matching button is too prominent at the top. The step-by-step plan (first explore via Learn, then possibly matching) is not highlighted. Users do not know where to start.
Home page: confusing terminology
Various terms are used interchangeably: "matching," "Bloem op Learn," "growth trajectories," "therapy." This is confusing for new users. Use consistent terminology throughout the platform.
